Just Relax!

Many students have busy lives which obviously includes going to school.  Many work jobs with strange hours or two jobs just to survive and pay the bills.  I think many students could benefit from finding different ways to relax and destress.  There may be simple methods  to do this that could be done in just a few minutes or a  massage or yoga class may do the trick.  It may be even more difficult to find time to relax if we have children or are expecting.  Many methods may only take a few minutes and are easy to achieve
